Good to Know

FAQs

Before You Arrive

Is Bon Bon strictly 18+?
Yes. Bon Bon is a licensed venue and entry is reserved for guests aged 18 and over. We ask everyone for photo identification on arrival — no reflection on how you look, simply how we run the door.
What identification do you accept?

We accept any current evidence-of-age document recognised under NSW law:

  • An Australian driver licence, including the NSW, Victorian and Queensland digital licences
  • A driver licence issued by another state, territory or country
  • An Australian or international passport
  • A NSW Photo Card
  • A proof-of-age card from another Australian state or territory
  • An Australia Post Keypass

Your identification must be current and the photograph clearly recognisable as you. We’re unable to accept expired documents, photocopies, or an image of your ID held on your phone.

Is there a dress code?
Bon Bon is a premium city venue, so we encourage dressing to impress. We recommend smart attire suitable for an evening spent in a stylish venue, for both men and women. We don’t permit sportswear, activewear, beachwear, thongs, slides, singlets or headwear. For the full dress code, see our Conditions of Entry.
Do I need to book, or may I simply arrive?
Walk-ins are always welcome. For groups of eight or more we’d recommend reserving ahead so we can hold a booth for you — write to us at hello@bonbonsydney.com.au and we’ll take care of the arrangements. On a busy Friday or Saturday, larger groups without a reservation can be difficult to seat together.

Finding Us

Where are you, and how do I get there?
The entrance is at 6 Bridge Street, in the Sydney CBD — a heritage sandstone building five minutes’ walk from Wynyard Station. Circular Quay sits a short walk in the other direction, with late ferries and buses on weekends.
Is there parking?
Unfortunately not. Bridge Street sits in the heart of the CBD, so we’d suggest arriving by train — Wynyard is five minutes away on foot — or by taxi or rideshare. Taxis wait directly outside through the evening, which makes the end of the night an easy one.

Entry & Payment

How much is entry?
Entry is complimentary every Tuesday, and before 8PM on weekdays. After 8PM, entry is $30 per person, for men and women alike. Every group booking includes complimentary entry for you and your guests.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, and cash. Private booking packages may be settled in advance when you confirm your reservation.
What appears on my statement?
Charges appear as Wave Dining Pty Ltd. Nothing on your statement identifies the venue.

Inside The Venue

May I take photographs inside?
No. Photography and filming aren’t permitted anywhere in the venue. It protects the privacy of our performers and of every guest in the room — yourself included. Our floor team will quietly ask you to put your phone away should it appear. We also don’t permit the wearing of Meta glasses or similar devices; you will be asked to remove them before entering, even if the recording function is turned off.
How discreet is Bon Bon?
Entirely. There’s no photography inside, our team never discusses who is in the room, and charges appear on your statement as Wave Dining Pty Ltd. If discretion matters particularly for an occasion you’re planning, mention it when you book and we’ll arrange the evening accordingly.
May I come on my own?
Of course. A good number of our guests visit alone, and you’ll be looked after exactly as any group would be. If you’d prefer a reserved booth, tell us on arrival and we’ll see what we can do.
Is Bon Bon suitable for couples?
Absolutely. The venue is a discreet and welcoming place for couples to spice up date night. Enjoy a drink and our gorgeous performers on stage, or turn the heat up with a private show for two.
Are women welcome at the venue?
Women enjoy a seductive show just as much as men. Whether you’re with a partner, on a girls’ night, organising a celebration or looking for a one-on-one experience, you will never forget your night at Bon Bon.

Occasions

How do I plan a celebration here?
Tell us what you’re marking and we’ll shape the evening around it. Our private booking packages range from an intimate reserved booth to a full-service evening, each tailored to the size of your group and the mood of the night. Birthdays, send-offs, corporate evenings and hens parties are all familiar ground. Enquire through our private bookings page, or write to events@bonbonsydney.com.au.
What’s included in a private booking?
Every package includes complimentary entry for your group, a premium reserved booth and dedicated service throughout the evening. Full details and current pricing are on our private bookings page.
Do you offer membership?
Membership is coming soon. You can be first in the know by signing up to our VIP mailing list. Your privacy is important to us, and all correspondence is discreet.
How do private dances work?
Private dances take place in our dedicated rooms, away from the main floor. You choose your performer, and our floor team will arrange everything. Pricing depends on the length of the show and how many dancers you’d like to book — this is arranged with the dancer and confirmed with you beforehand by management, so nothing appears on your bill that you haven’t agreed to. Private dances are also included in several of our booking packages.
