We are pleased to welcome you to Bon Bon. In order to maintain a safe, elegant, and consistently premium environment for all guests, performers, and staff, entry to the venue is strictly subject to the following conditions. By attending the venue, all guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these conditions as a requirement of entry.
Reserved seating is held for a period of thirty minutes from the scheduled booking time. Upon expiry of this holding period, the venue reserves the right to release, reallocate, or otherwise repurpose the reserved area at its sole discretion without prior notice. Entry to the venue may still be permitted; however, any reservation of seating will no longer be guaranteed and alternative seating, if available, will be allocated at the discretion of venue management.
The venue is under no obligation to extend holding times or guarantee seating beyond the stated arrival window. Any accommodation of late arrivals is purely discretionary and subject to operational capacity at the time of arrival.
Bon Bon maintains a strict presentation standard consistent with an elevated nightlife and hospitality environment. Admission is conditional upon compliance with this standard as determined by venue management or authorised representatives, acting reasonably and in accordance with venue policy.
Guests must present in refined, smart attire appropriate to a premium hospitality environment. The venue expressly prohibits sportswear, activewear, gym attire, beachwear, swimwear, thongs, slides, flip-flops, or any open-toe casual footwear. Singlets or sleeveless tops for male guests are not permitted. Headwear including caps and beanies is not permitted indoors.
Clothing, tattoos, accessories, or insignia displaying offensive, obscene, discriminatory, or inappropriate material are strictly prohibited. This includes any imagery or symbols that management reasonably considers associated with gang affiliation, extremist ideology, or otherwise inconsistent with the venue’s brand standards.
The venue retains absolute discretion in determining compliance with dress standards, and refusal of entry on this basis shall be final.
Bon Bon maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards behaviour that compromises the safety, dignity, or enjoyment of guests, performers, or staff. Guests must behave in a respectful and lawful manner at all times.
Harassment, intimidation, unwanted physical contact, abusive language, aggression, or disruptive conduct is strictly prohibited. Any failure to comply with lawful directions from staff or security will result in immediate removal.
The possession, use, or distribution of illicit drugs is strictly prohibited. Any damage to venue property may result in removal, liability for costs, and further action where applicable.
The venue operates a responsible service of alcohol policy and reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any person who is, in the reasonable opinion of management or security staff, intoxicated or affected by drugs or alcohol to a degree that presents a risk to safety, operations, or venue standards.
Indicators of intoxication may include impaired coordination, slurred speech, aggressive behaviour, inability to follow instructions, or other observable signs deemed relevant by staff. Such determinations are final and not subject to dispute at point of entry.
The venue retains absolute discretion to refuse entry to, or remove from the premises, any individual where it is considered necessary to ensure the safety, comfort, or operational integrity of the venue, or to maintain its required standard of presentation and conduct.
This includes, without limitation, failure to meet dress standards, intoxication, inappropriate conduct, or non-compliance with staff directions. Where entry is refused or removal occurs under these circumstances, any refund entitlement is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
All decisions made by venue management are final.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the venue excludes all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred by any guest arising from attendance at the venue, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable legislation.
These Conditions of Entry may be amended from time to time without prior notice. Entry to the venue is conditional upon compliance with all applicable laws, licensing obligations, and venue policies in force at the time of attendance.
